Looking for young, dynamic, HR Program Manager for India's leading Online Company.
Role Summary :
The role gives ambitious HR professionals, an excellent opportunity to grow HR strategic skills required for Talent Acquisition while working in fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Role will be around 75% in TA and 25% in managing Recruitment related Programs and Projects across the company.
Required Experience : 4-7 years with prior team management skills.
Location : Its a Head Office (Bangalore) based role.
Qualification : MBA from premier institutes.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
- Responsible for leadership, implementation and development of recruitment programs and execution of an effective short-term & long-term recruiting strategy.
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role
- Lead a team responsible for execution of hiring and sourcing talent.
- Partner with HR and Compensation to share market trend knowledge and develop cross-functional strategy to attract and retain talent through competitive compensation packages and offers.
Required Skillset :
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to the Talent Acquisition team and Recruitment Consultants
- Demonstrated talent with critical thinking; ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Analytics tool is preferred
