Role requirement :
Ability to work in a dynamic, ever changing environment, collation of data across multiples lines of business while ensuring accuracy and updation within tight timelines.
Integration of HR Domain Knowledge with Technology
Manage organizational complexities including structure, process flows etc
Required Skills :
Stakeholder Management
Strong knowledge of HR Generalist Role + Experience in one or more of following systems - PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP or other HRMS and Payroll systems.
