Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Capability Development team.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a portfolio of CD projects, ensuring the successful delivery of Capability Development related initiatives while maintaining alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
The Project Manager will play a critical role in transforming our processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and ever-evolving workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership for digital CD and CoE projects, from inception to completion, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and set clear project objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders within the HR department and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Implement project management best practices to monitor progress, identify and address issues, and proactively manage project risks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, including documentation, reports, and system enhancements.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts related to digital HR projects, including communication plans and training for HR team members and end-users.
- Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring that they deliver on project requirements.
- Utilize best practices and methodologies to guide project management activities.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with digital HR ecosystem vendors to bring the right technology innovation to clients, solving for specific business challenges.
- Design and activate intelligent automation journeys (using RPA, conversational AI, extended reality, analytics, etc.), enabling operating models and enhancing employee experience.
- Bring deep functional and technology expertise and market insights to clients in specific domains (e.g. Capability Development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused. Should be proactive. Must have an ability to effectively handle tight deadlines and multiple projects.
- Managing client expectations with regards to quality and timelines Working with different teams to get the project completed by meeting the required quality standards.
- Forward, out of the box thinking and an innovative, disruptive and open mindset Collaborate effectively in a matrix organization with indirect and direct reporting relationships.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. PMP certification is preferred
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital HR projects. Consulting background is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and technologies.
5. Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills
