- Diagnose organizational requirements
- Development of Competency model for Competency - Based Interview mechanism across organization.
- Manage the change in systems, process, practices using change management practices and principles.
- Conceptualise and drive global OD initiatives through a well though through plan.
- Institutionalizing & executing engagement surveys and work with the business leaders to analyse the results, cascade survey findings, action plan creation
- Assess, track and communicate progress, obstacles and challenges to all key stakeholders.
- To monitor the corporate culture evolution on a regular basis
- Create and conduct surveys to assess needs and effectiveness of different Organizational programs.
- Needs to be aware of the innovative training methodologies & best practices to enable capability development and competitive edge
