Job Description :

- Responsible for driving the learning and organizational development strategy for the organization

- Training need identification, developing plans and implementing

- Understand the competencies required and plan for interventions for executives, managers and senior leadership team

- Develop an organization culture, which focuses on continuous learning

- Ensure college relationships for training ITI's and Diplomas, who will work in the shop floor

- Provide behavioural trainings for shop floor associates in line with the requirements identified

- Ability to work with the global team and teams from other markets to contribute on global projects and implement them locally

- Ability to design, develop and deliver trainings, based on organizational needs
