An USA based MNC into Engineering Solutions based in Chennai is looking to hire HR+ IR MBA HR or PG in HR from Tieri/II/III Inst with 10-18 years exp.

Role is to handle a mix of Corporate HR + IR role including :

- HRBP

- Talent Management

- Training & Development

- Talent Acquisition

- Comp and Benefits

- PMS

- Employee Relations

- Employee Engagement

- Employee Welfare

- Employee retention

- Statutory Compliance and Adherence to labour laws

- Handling complete gamut of HR, Industrial Relation and Administration for the plant

- Understanding the regional demographics and aligning the IR strategy in accordance

- Knowledge of labour laws will be an added advantage

- Local Knowledge of Tamil language is compulsory

- Prefer local candidates from Bangalore or Chennai knowing Tamil language
