- Design and implementation of Compensation planning tool to facilitate increment planning and administration for managers
- Design and roll-out of Flexible Compensation plan to enable offshore employees to design their own tax efficient salary structure
- Ensuring adherence to compliance norms related to offshore salary structures and controlling overall company cost
- Design of framework to effectively deploy salary fitments for onsite returning employees.
Qualification: Should be MBA from TIER 1 or 2 Institute
