- Implement Job Architecture & Position Evaluation using methodologies like Mercer IPE (Internal Position Evaluation) to ensure equitable compensation structures.
- Oversee executive promotions based on position evaluation outcomes and organizational needs.
- Provide data-driven insights and inputs to higher management regarding Total Rewards, Performance, and Talent Management strategies.
