Role Description : T-o develop and administer all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments, In conjunction with other members of staff ensure business growth through directing and managing business operations activities and deliver in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organisation.

Compensation and Benefits :

- Accountable for end to end Compensation and benefits, HR Operations along with managing Reporting & Analytics

- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)

- Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements and development of specific skills, Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects, to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results

- Act as a consultant to internal HR leaders and Business Leaders

- Job mapping and Benchmarking

- Supervise and implement the organizational changes

- Coordination with appraisal process

- Providing compensation fitments and offer recommendation

- Responsible for India Annual Increments and pay-outs as per guidelines set and analyzing budget verses Actual Pay-out.

- Evaluation of C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations

- Analyse Market Data from Compensation & Benchmarking Surveys and recommendations on Compensation Structure, Salary, and Internal Parity Vs Market Competitiveness

- Preparation and presentation of functional activities to top management as and when required and - Must have a expertise in excel

HR Operations :

- Supervise and monitor end to end payroll & associated processes. Maintain and process error free data

- Complies with state, and local legal requirements; enforce adherence to requirements; appraise management, take required actions and implement changes

- Responsible for Internal and external HR audit, face HR audit, address queries and provide solution on the audit findings

- Propose, design, modify policies and implement policies based on business requirements

- Responsible for HR system and process eg. HCM, HR SharePoint, helpdesk etc

- Manage and monitor error free salary merit and associated processes

- Partner with business for business opportunity eg. HR due diligence visits etc

- Spare head various HR projects which are critical to the business
