We are looking for positions in Consulting for HR domain with a leading Consulting organisation at Delhi/ NCR/ Mumbai/ Bangalore
- 1-4 years of experience in Consulting in Human Capital domain from Big4 or Consulting organisation with Full time MBA
Role & Responsibilities :
- Consult and act as change agent in managing Organizational Change for HR related activities like restructures, redundancies, workforce planning, HR transformation, HR Information Systems and New Process Implementation
- Created the change management strategy & change management plan HR functions
- Provided end to end support in change management project of acquisition
- The individual gets an opportunity to work in the area of Human Capital and Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, Learning Strategy and Talent Development, Leadership Development, Change Management and business and growth strategy.
- Advising organizations in HR transformation, organizational design, job evaluation, leadership development, change management, workforce management, HR process design & end-to-end HR start-up support
