We are currently looking for an HR Process Specialist position for one of the largest Business Conglomerates in India, to be based at their HO in Bangalore. This position will be on a fixed Term Contract for 12 to 18 Months.

HR Process Specialist Role :

- Ideal candidates should be from Consumer goods industry, Infrastructure vertical (L&T, Tata Projects, Shapoorji) or any other good company with established systems and processes.

- He / She should have handled either a Process specialist role profile OR a generalist profile with emphasis on Systems & Processes.

- Ideally should have Worked in the area of Organisation Development and Employee Engagement. Should have sound understanding of OD/OC concepts.

- We are looking for someone who could join on a temporary basis (maybe about 12-18 months Fixed Term Contract).

- Ideally, someone who is an HR Professional (with an MBA in HR or equivalent degree), has worked in the industry for at least 3-4 years, taken a break and now willing to come back to work.

Location : Bangalore

Salary : Best among the industry (Could Range around Rs.12.0-15.0 Lpa)
