Responsibilities:
- Designing HR processes
- Work and deal with Onsite HR Teams, HR Leaders and Functional leaders to identify and define opportunities for Process Transition, Reporting Requirements and driving the right technology teams and resources to deliver
- Liaising with various stakeholders (Line HR’s, Compensation & Benefits Team (& policy team), Onsite HR’s, Delivery Heads, various function heads globally to understand/identify and discuss/deliberate on the opportunities for process digitization/automation).
- Managing employee database through efficient HR process layouts, ability to analyze and re-engineer HR dynamic/customized reports
- Providing subject matter expertise (SME) to teams for smooth transition to the new state and ways-of-working.
- Capable of independently handling a large interface of departments, multiple stakeholder and end users
- Managing large scale HR projects
Requirements:
- 9+ years of relevant experience in HR processes digitization/automation, HR process optimization, HR Process Audits.
- Experience in managing large scale HR Project
- Broad knowledge of Global HR functional domain, HR Policies, Processes & compliance.
