About the organization :

One of the leading Financial services, organization headquartered in Gurgaon .

- Provide day-to-day support in project planning and monitoring, change management for transition, and provide support for reporting as required.

- Identify areas for improving HR by bench marking and implementing market best practices in HR.

- This role will report to the HR PMO.

- This is an individual contributor. The role will not have any direct reports

- Conduct market best practices study to identify areas of improvement in HR processes and systems

- Works with other sub function of HR to identify new projects for implementation in HR function

- Work on employer branding through participation in various industry forums and market surveys

- Develop project plan and monitor timely execution of projects and process improvements

- Create RFPs for vendor evaluations and provide support in vendor evaluation for project implementation

- Monitor the progress of projects initiated by both internal teams and vendors during transition

- Builds effective systems and processes to track the progress of the projects and develop contingency plans

- Work closely with organizational PMO team in case of organization level implementations

- During the transition phase provide support in implementing business continuity plans

- During the transition phase provide support in monitoring of transaction costs

- Develops a transparent communication processes within the HR team and ensure that the required information is shared without delay

- Provide support to HR PMO for reporting needs by collecting and collating data from various HR sub streams

- Ensure a culture of teamwork, partnership and transparency by working closely with all stakeholders

- Take responsibility for activities as mandated by the HR PMO which would improve the internal processes

- MBA in Human Resources from an accredited and renowned university or college

- 4-6 years of total experience. 2-3 years of relevant experience

- Demonstrate strong facilitation, influencing and problem solving skills

- Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, build consensus and drive implementation

- Strong conflict resolution skills & ability to manage competing priorities & monitor project implementation

- Strong working knowledge of HR policies, processes & practices

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Note : Experience in a prior HR project management/organization effectiveness role will be preferred .
