Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Performance Manager with 10+ years of HR experience in US-based staffing firms. This role is critical in developing and executing performance management strategies to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR performance frameworks, KPI tracking, employee development, and compliance with US labor laws.

As this role supports US operations, the candidate must be flexible to work till midnight IST to collaborate effectively with the US team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement a performance management system tailored to a staffing environment.

- Develop and track HR KPIs for recruitment and sales teams to measure efficiency and success.

- Lead performance evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.

- Provide coaching and performance support to managers and employees.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and training needs.

- Implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and career development.

- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, including performance documentation and legal policies.

- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends and performance.

- Develop incentive programs to boost employee motivation and productivity.

- Work closely with the US HR team to align policies and procedures with best practices in talent management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in HR performance management within US-based staffing firms.

- Strong expertise in performance appraisals, goal setting, and KPI tracking.

- Experience in coaching managers, conducting employee assessments, and implementing HR best practices.

- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.

- Strong understanding of US labor laws, compliance, and workforce regulations.

- Ability to work independently and manage HR performance functions remotely.

- Flexibility to work till midnight IST to align with US business hours.

Nice to Have

- Experience in employee engagement, training, and leadership development programs.

- Knowledge of compensation planning and incentive structures.

- Familiarity with AI-driven HR analytics tools to enhance performance tracking.
