We are seeking an experienced OD expert (10-15 years) in the BFSI sector to drive leadership development, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Must have deep OD expertise, strong HR principles, and NTL certification.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organizational Development & Change Management:-

- Develop and execute OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

- Design and lead culture transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with core values.

- Implement change management frameworks to support business growth and restructuring.

2. Leadership & Talent Development:

- Design and manage leadership development programs, succession planning, and high-potential talent initiatives.

- Work closely with senior leadership to drive capability-building interventions across all levels.

- Partner with business leaders to create a future-ready workforce through structured training and development programs.

3. HR Strategy & Employee Engagement:

- Lead engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans to enhance employee experience.

- Implement competency frameworks, performance management enhancements, and career development pathways.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

4. HR Process Excellence & Analytics:

- Drive HR process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

- Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to support decision-making and measure the impact of OD initiatives.

- Ensure all OF programs are aligned with regulatory requirements and best industry practices.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience & Industry Expertise:

- 10-15 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD) within the BFSI sector.

- Strong understanding of financial services industry dynamics and regulatory frameworks impacting HR strategies.

2. Certifications & Conceptual Expertise:

- Mandatory certifications (e.g., NTL, ODCP, or equivalent recognized OD certifications).

- Ability to conceptualize and implement OD models, frameworks, and leadership development strategies.

3. Skills & Competencies:

- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive organization-wide transformation.

- Expertise in change management, leadership coaching, competency modeling, and workforce planning.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
