Organization Development and Talent Management
MBA HR Tier I HR 2010/2011 Batch
- To design and facilitate delivery on the key organizational development and support in talent management processes.
- The role will focus on facilitating alignment of people developmental processes and help build capabilities of employees across the levels through various structured interventions to create a positive organizational culture.
Key skills desired:
- Communication: Possesses strong and written communication skills to have credible influence and impact at various levels
- Business Acumen to converse fluently with business leaders across the Organisation
- Interpersonal skills, especially influencing and negotiation skills
- Result orientation and ability to execute
- Planning and organizing skills for smooth roll out of talent processes
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Job Evaluation, Competency Mapping or Talent Management domain
- Knowledge of Psychometrics, leadership development, assessment centres, 360 Deg feedback would be an added advantage but not essential
