HR Operations & Transformations Role
Responsibilities:
- Well experienced with multiple HR platforms and being functional consultant is an added advantage
- Should have implemented projects related to HR transformations , automations & enhancements
- Latest HR related technology / application knowledge
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in Global HR operations (Hire to Retire)
- Good in Communication & stakeholder management
- Develops, implements, and validates processes and systems to enhance the compliance and accuracy of all aspects of the process
- Leads internal and cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement
- Exposure and hands on experience in HR systems.
- HR analytics & audit exposure
