Role-HR Operations Lead - Individual Contributor
Location - Bangalore
Qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation(Full Time)
- Own HR Operations for India employee - Entire Lifecycle
- Employee Records/File management
- Responsible for HRIS updation
- Drive benefits administration
- Will be responsible for creating and executing processes related to HR Operations - payroll process, contract employment, Life cycle updations, Increment administration etc.
- SPOC for grievances related to HRIS, benefits, payroll etc.
- S/he will develop a broad understanding of all HR programs, and provide support in execution in areas of Benefits, Policy Making and Talent Management & Analytics.
- Driving strong sense of integrity, ethics and culture in the organization by having tight controls and policies.
- Anticipate potential compliance issues and take pre-emptive measures to negate or manage the risks.
- Strong exposure to different facets of HR - Operations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage organizational change
- Ability to Independently work and execute
- Global Mind set, System & Process Orientation, Good Interpersonal skills
