- Work closely with the Business team to help drive HC strategies.
- Active involvement in the performance appraisal process for the LOS.
- Drive functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinating with peers from other locations to work on common projects, as and when required.
- Coordinating with HC Shared Services teams for various inputs, relating to the employee life cycle.
- Thorough understanding of Human Capital policies and processes for 100% closure of HC queries.
- Deep understanding of the business and should be able to keep updated on the competitive landscape.
- Coordinating with the recruitment team to maintain necessary dashboards.
- Assisting in change management initiatives
- Executing employee engagement events from ideation stage to the final execution. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders / BS team.
- Building strong connect with internal stakeholders through constant engagement
- Adopting a proactive approach towards appropriate planning and prioritization of tasks
- Planning and rolling out various interventions based on GPS scores
- Exit coordination and query management.
