Role :
- Handling end-to-end operations for retail banking business
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Create detailed HR reports
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Follow-up with the short-listed candidates until they join
- Providing backend HR services to business operations
- Timely interaction with stakeholders, maintain relationship with outside vendors
- Critical thinking skills, strong analytical skills- 2-4 years of experience in managing HR operations, reporting
