Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management:

- Oversee day to day HR Operations encompassing the employee life cycle events (On Boarding, Transfer,

Promotion, Exit)

- Develop and govern HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance

2. Data Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize HR Analytics tools and methodologies to collect, analyze- and interpret the HR data encompassing

Hiring Trends, Turnover Rates, employee life cycle events viz-Promotion, Transfer, Exit etc.

- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual MIS for various stakeholders- HRLT Business

- Governance around Historical Data

3. Key Annual Processes:

- Budgeting

- Annual Performance Management

- Annual Compensation Review

- Annual Goal management

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements

- Manager HR Audits - Compliance and Process

5. Payroll Inputs:

- Ensuring that monthly payroll is managed smoothly

- Manage Payroll Budgets

6. HRIS:

- Ensuring proper data management on HRIS system

- Working closely with the tech team for upgrading of modules or implementation of new modules

- Ensuring smooth integration and data flow between HRIS and other related systems

7. Stakeholder management:

- Managing internal stakeholders (HR Partners, Payroll team, C&B, Finance Etc.)

- Managing external stakeholders (Auditors, Tech partners)

- Payment of external agencies

Educational Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources

- Preferred (certification in analytics)

Experience: 10-12 Years with 5-7 years in HR Operations and Analytics

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical):

- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills

- High proficiency in Excel and Power Point

- Strong expertise in HR Analytics, data interpretation and reporting

- Strong ability to forecast

- Planning and organizing - Ability to plan and allocate resources, prioritize tasks

- Personal Effectiveness, build trust with stakeholders

- Understanding of Industry trends

Other Requirements (License / Certification & Specialized Training:

- Preferred certification in analytics
