HR Operations Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & in-time position Closure, coordinating for all recruitment related activities.
- Manage Industrial Relationship (IR) issues at client.
- Ensuring Attendance of associate in plant in shifts.
- Ensuring Retention of 97% of Associates.
- Manage Employee relationship, labor, and government authority relationship.
- Handle basic level legal issues, statutory and audit compliances.
- Managing Employee Life cycle management, HR Operations and Business Intelligence Support.
- Facilitating Boarding & Lodging of Associates, On-boarding, Attendance management, Payroll processing, Performance Management, Exit interviews.
- Periodic reporting & interaction with the senior management of the organization
- Deriving employee Engagement and Fun Initiatives
- Conducting Periodic Employee satisfaction survey.
- Implementation of Industry Best Practices - Setting & replicating.
Qualification:- Graduate/Postgraduate having 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Manufacturing unit/Plant/Factory exposure is must for applying.
Skills Required:- Vendor Management.
- Liaise with all stakeholders.
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws & Handling IR issues
- Good MIS and reporting skills.
- Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level
