- Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Set the internal HR systems and databases
- Documentation and onboarding
- Design and implement company policies
- Payroll management and input
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboard
- Employee relation and performance review
- Appraisal and salary benchmarking/Banding
- Recruitment and Induction
- Business Partnering and stakeholder Management
- Employee engagement and benefits.
Desired Skills and Experience -
- 3+ years of work experience in HR Operations
- Must be worked in start-ups
- Hands-on experience with the HRMS tool
- Experience in designing HR system
- Must be a Master's in HR
- Good written and verbal communication
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
