Responsibilities :
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Create and seek approval on HR budgets
- Design and implement company policies
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Processing payroll and compensation for the organization
- Stakeholder in managing employee database
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Creating dashboard for the various HR process
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
- Address employees- queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Ensure our record keeping and data processing procedures comply with Audit requirements
Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA
