- Support automation of HR processes.
- Partner with various functions within HR in the development and roll out of organizational HR practices and processes
- Interact with employees where necessary and implement tailored solutions that support the people priority agenda while growing the business
- Review or frame and communicate or implement HR policies, guidelines, contracts and local legislations
- Manage expectations and relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and authorities
- Track metrics, report observations, provide insights and communicate periodically
- Lead and guide the team
