Position Purpose:
- Overall support in Compensation and Benefit portfolio.
- To drive Employee reward cycle for the Bank.
- To drive Compensation and Benefit related deliverables.
- To support in NRC/Board related agenda.
Position Responsibilities:
- Research on local/country wide salary by city and Industry.
- Benchmark current pay scale to competitors on a proactive basis.
- Plan and Execute Annual/Mid-Year merit and benefit plans.
- Supporting during NRC/Board Meetings i.e. assisting in finalising Agenda, supporting in drafting notes, minutes and maintaining records.
- Tracking and ensuring closure on NRC/Board related deliverables.
- Act as a SPOC to employees encouraging conversations during and after onboarding.
- Design and renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs and that will yield the highest value for the organization.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation.
- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
- Conduct analysis of Jobs, Salaries and Incentives to evaluate internal equality, external competitiveness.
- Assist in development and monitoring of Incentive Programmes across the Organisation.
- Undertaking overall Salary Benchmarking Exercise and making recommendations.
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans.
- Ensure job descriptions, job analyses and classifications.
