Job Summary
You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertical and help us in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, onboarding employees, performance management, training, and organization development and culture.
You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- International experience (No Gulf experience will be considered).
- Ready to work in US rotational shifts.
- "MS Office (Need to be proficient on MS Excel reporting skills)
Must Have Skills.
(COMPENSATION ADMIN)
- Overall 1-3 years of experience
- Role specific 1-2 years of Comp & Benefit experience
- Country or Geographic specific Compensation Knowledge Mandatory
- HR/Compensation Systems and CRM / Workflow Tools Mandatory
- Handsome experience in compensation management, survey management, job evaluation, types of incentives
(LEAVE OF ABSENCE)
- Need to have minimum of 1 plus years of work experience in Leave of Absence
- Should be well-versed with eligibility criteria on different types of leaves related to North America & Canada
- Need to have prior experience with the following applications: Workday & Service Now - preferable
