Your Role
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work closely with internal HR colleagues and candidates to generate and track completion of offer documents, pre-joining forms and other onboarding materials. Provide timely updates to necessary stakeholders.
- Track and manage the completion of all required forms for new hires globally.
- Responsible for the background check process for new hires, including, communicating and following-up with new hires, vendor management, reviewing completed checks and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain all pre-joining document templates to ensure they are accurate by working closely with Compliance and other HR teams.
- Responsible for accurate and timely Workday data entry for new hires and other data points
- Assist with the administration and management of global employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary programs.
- Assist with US open enrollment processes, including but not limited to, system testing and auditing.
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in Workday and ensure vendors receive accurate information. Help resolve issues and coordinate across employees and vendors.
- Coordinate accurate enrollment and termination processing with insurers/brokers across all global locations.
- Perform frequent auditing and quality checks of benefits-related data in Workday and other vendor systems.
- Assist with, or complete, compliance filings and regulatory reporting requirements.
What You'll Bring
- BS/MS in Human Resources or related discipline
- 3-5 years' experience in HR
- Must be highly organized and extremely detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and client service presence.
- Ability to work on a broad range of tasks.
- Positive disposition and attitude at all times, especially under pressure. Must be polished and able to professionally interface with a variety stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player.
- Basic excel skills
- Workday experience is preferred
