Job Description :
- Partner with the business leadership team and support in driving organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and learning and development
- Work towards conceptualizing and implementing organization structuring interventions and role based organizations to streamline career progression
- Be an independent advisor to the Business Head in all HR related matters
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for all requisitions
- Ensure proper functional onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs & KPIs
- Partner and drive performance reviews along with business
- Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data
- Drive specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, focused group discussions, etc.) to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams
- Develop and deploy culture building initiatives, and implement a high-performance culture
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework
- Work closely with the central Human Resources team to ensure timely and effective delivery of all
