HR Operations Professional - Financial Services

We are hiring for a leading Financial Services Organisation based in Bangalore/Pune.

Position: HR Operations - with good exposure in ERP solution such as SAP/ People Soft /Oracle fusion

Exp: 6- 10 yrs with good exposure in HR Operations with full-time MBA.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for leading HR Operations - with good exposure in ERP solution such as SAP/ People Soft /Oracle fusion

- S/he would be responsible for driving operational excellence in all processes under HR operations area from on boarding to off boarding

- Will have to work closely with HRMS Leader for all automation projects falling under HR Operations

- Will be responsible for off roll employee management
