HR Operations Manager - eCommerce

We are looking for hiring : Manager - HR Operations for a leading corporate in E commerce Sector.

This role would :

1. Effectively plan and program manage implementation of the HRMS tool.

2. Effectively align existing HR process to the HRMS tool

3. Ensure smooth and efficient HR Operations.

4. Liaise with the Labour Law Compliance consultants and ensure Statutory Compliance of the organization on people and payroll matters.

We are looking for an MBA / PGDPM in HR from Premier institutes with about 6-8 years of experience in an HR Operations role. Must have excellent Project Management skills and must have worked on HRMS tool. Should possess high energy levels & ability to work with people in a cross- functional evironment.

Desirable skills :

- Experience in implementing an HRMS tool, knowledge of existing Labor Laws & experience in other areas of HR like Performance Management, Talent Management etc.
