Job Summary:
The People Experience Hub Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of HR professionals who support Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations in the region, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and data management. The People Experience Hub Leader will also play a key role in developing and implementing the company's HR strategy in the Eastern footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support the People Experience strategy in the region.
- Support managers and employees with daily operational needs.
- Lead the supervisory People team in the region.
- Manage and implement the key People processes in the region.
- Ensure that all Workday data is accurate and of high quality.
- Ensure accountability with local labor legislation and worker representatives.
- Oversee the local Benefits plans in Hub.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the business goals of the Eastern footprint.
- Partner with other leaders across the organization to ensure that HR programs and services are aligned with the needs of the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and data management.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment.
