Role Summary:
The incumbent would lead the HR Operations vertical for Pan India. The role would include managing employee life cycle of employees at the Head Office as well as guiding members at Units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases i.e. One-stop for all information about employees with respect to performance, compensation and personal details
- Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
- Drives all processes during various stages in the Employee Life Cycle
- Design and implement company policies
- Ensure all units are complaint as per law
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Address employees- queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Monitor Key HR metrics i.e. Benchmarks to ensure standardization in hiring, performance and compensation
- Create detailed reports on HR costs
- Review and approve or modify budgets
- Advanced Analytics to help take better people decisions
- Creation of platform to share Best Practices in people practices, across all units
Key Requirements -
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
