HR Operations CoE Lead - Services Domain

Our Client: Swiss MNC in the Services domain

Reporting to the India Head HR,

- You will be in a Pan India profile, responsible for the HR Operations CoE

- You will look after the operations end to end, including payroll, HRIS, Attendance Management, HRIS, Appointment Letters, Bonus Plans

- You will ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements at all times

- You will successfully enable the ERP transition to PeopleSoft

As a successful candidate you should have :

- Minimum 8 years of specialist HR Operations experience

- Experience with PeopleSoft or SuccessFactors

- A strong knowledge of payroll, HRIS and statutory compliance

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Candidates from Retail, Telecom, BFSI and Hospitality preferred
