Responsibilities :
- Providing leadership and guidance to the HR Operations team (HR Analysts & HR Generalists) in their support of employees and managers across the organization (whose scope includes managing employee helpdesk, onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, payroll, immigration, systems, compliance and employee relations)
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in HR processes using HRIS systems
- Drive and lead change, work collaboratively to improve processes, systems and ways of delivering HR services
- Ability to identify gaps, mitigate risks and establish Controls. Ensure adherence to local labor laws & other statutory compliances, HR policies, legal and regulatory procedures. Assess, develop, implement and evaluate ways of increasing efficiency across our core local HR processes.
- Ensure the team service levels meet all expectations and that the Operations team responds to all questions and requests in a timely, customer focused manner
- Provide guidance in overall day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee experience at all times
- Participate in and lead operational projects as part of the Talent Services transformation roadmap
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 years of HR Operations experience
- Worked in a HR shared services environment in a Manager role successfully managing and mentoring people and teams
- Strong analysis/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks
- Strong capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different stakeholders, Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills (Leadership building/management (at all levels), Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong operations management and leadership skills to manage and motivate team
- Experience successfully interacting with cross-functional teams and multi-region teams
