HR Operations - BFSI/KPO/BPO

We have an immediate requirement for HR Operations for a leading KPO at Delhi/NCR

Candidates Skills required:

- Full Time MBA/ Post Graduate from good institutes with exp of 8- 10 yrs and good experience in HR operations

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handling employee life cycle management includes leave, movement & transfer, promotion, exit.

- Maintenance of Personnel Files & manage and keep record for all employee benefits availed by members like mediclaim, hospitalization etc.

- Manage HR Automation and transition of new Firm systems in the center

- Responsible for issuance of accurate employee letters basis request raised by members within stipulated TAT & Timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters etc

- Creation and improvisation of HR Reporting dashboards - Analyze the efficacy of current dashboards, conceptualize new dashboards and HR metrics, generate monthly dashboard reports
