-Their ambition is to enable millions of retailers across emerging economies to order for and make payments for their inventory online, eventually leading to higher profitability. They are trying to do this by providing an ordering, payment app which enables him to be updated with inventory, payment information.
- The platform also aims to use artificial intelligence to bar code scanning to Point-of-sale systems to IoT to enable the above.
Position:- HR Ops
Reporting : - HR Head/Ops Director
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple employee databases and HRIS.
- Partner with business leaders for talent management and maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
- Managing exit process, exit interviews until full and final settlement.
- Managing employee relations. Attending to employee grievances and concerns
- Managing legal matters in keeping with labour laws & state compliances.
- Providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Collating and managing payroll inputs as per the payroll calendar and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements :
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to build strong and effective business relationships
- Ability to work with people in different offices with limited face-to-face exposure
- Demonstrated collaborative business partnership skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic, quickly-evolving environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong team building and influencing skills
Qualifications :
- 5+ years progressive HR experience in high-growth environment
- Master's degree in related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- Expertise in HR best practices and familiarity with Indian labour laws and HR compliances
- Flexible, enjoys variety, and can roll with changing priorities but not lose focus on top priorities
- Ability to mentor employee engagement teams to help them plan for impactful events

- Resilient in the face of change and has a solution mind-set
