Location :- Lower Parel (Mumbai)

Experience :- 10 to 15 years

Company Profile :- It is a joint-venture between two of Indias leading Banks with one of the largest Company from Europe. It is four year old Organization having become one of the fastest growing life Insurance Companies in the first year of its Operation. They have nation wide service Network through Banks branches.

Responsiblities :-

1. HR Analytics (Workforce , Attrition, Background Verification , On boarding ) & any other analysis as required

2. Management of offer letter / appointment letter – One outsourced staff will be managing this .

3. Management of On boarding & Background Verification as per defined TAT

4. Management of Payroll / Statutory Process- Team will be managing this process .

5. HR Projects as & when required

Candidate Profile :- Candidate should have minimum of 10+ years .
