Experience: Minimum 6 years in HR, Training and Administration in a reputed company/Institute.

Reporting to: Founder Chairman

Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Responsibilities:

As HR & Admin:

- Provide HR and Admin support to Prashaste group companies

- Assist in development of HR policies and procedures

- Ensure statutory compliances & implementation of HR policies

- Enter and ensure complete and accurate information in the HR system.

- Provide inputs for the payroll.

- Maintain the Attendance , Leave records and provide inputs for salaries

- Understand the internal staffing requirements and be responsible for their closures

- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and Full and final settlement of separated employees.

- Maintain personnel records as per the policy and update on time.

- Handle day to day administration, take care of company assets, negotiate with vendors and bring down the overheads ( electricity, ptg & stationery, maintenance, communication etc.)

- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative process.

As Training Administrator:

- Finalization of the training calendar (Trainers, speakers).

- Administration and logistics for all the entire training programs which Prashaste undertakes for its clients which includes Pre-training, Training and Post-Training activities.

- Coordination with the consultants and trainers for developing a comprehensive menu of training Modules and other collaterals including handbooks, assignments, case studies, power tools, exercises, quiz, feedback forms etc.

- Finding and arranging the venue for the training programs and ensure all the training collaterals are available at the venue as per the requirement.

- Monitoring and ensuring that the Training costs are within the approved budgets.

- Maintaining and updating the data base for prospects, participants, program wise collaterals, feedback, testimonials etc.

- Collecting feedback from client, trainer and trainee, and thus developing customized & effective programs for the benefit of the clients.

- Coordinating the Recruitment/Empanelment of Training Associates for various programs across the States and execution of agreements, settlement of their dues including professional fee and reimbursements.

- Assisting the Senior Management in preparing the Training Need Analysis.

- Coordination with the consulting team and ensure pre- training evaluation and post- training implementations are completed.

- Should take responsibility for profitability of each program

Desired Profile:

- At least 6 years’ experience in the field of HR, Admin and Training Administration.

- Proven multi-tasking ability

- Must have excellent negotiations and communication skills.

- Excellent Oral and Written communication with pleasant disposition

- Proficient in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other South Indian language would be an added advantage.

- Good in Excel and Power Point presentations

- Must be willing to travel extensively and on short notice (when required)

- Ability to work and deliver under sustained pressure.
