Role Details :
- The candidate is required to be process-oriented, data-driven and a recruiting leader that loves to dive deep to fix complex operational challenges allowing for greater scalability.
- He/she will manage and mentor the team, sourcing strategies, manager internal stakeholders, monthly TA reviews, prepare offers and negotiate with candidates, and prioritize ones- time in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of recruitment to on-boarding
- Strong knowledge, experience and hold on TA metrics, numbers, dash-boarding
- Ability to work on advanced excel
- Fast learner, positive mental attitude, a change agent
- Speed and timeline-orientation are a must
- Ability to negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Create policies/ JDs related to TA as and when deemed necessary
- Market intelligence and bench-marking skills
- Should have led a team of senior recruiters in the past
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good negotiation skills
- Ability to influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organisation
- Ability to partner effectively with recruiting teams, HR business partners and other functional leaders
- Develop recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, employment brand, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings
- Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Should be able to independently work on critical open positions
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication and presentation skill and the ability to deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management
- Good planning, time management, prioritization, and organisational skills are critical. Ability to meet multiple deadlines and challenging priorities within restricted timeframes is required
- Highly skilled in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment; from sourcing to managing the candidate experience to offer negotiations and closing
- Ability to manage an efficient and highly effective recruitment process while maintaining an uncompromisingly high-quality bar
- Ability to perform under pressure; strict deadlines in a start-up environment
Qualification & Experience :
Work Experience :
- 8-10 years of experience. Prior experience of working with start-ups, fast-paced growing organisations - Essential
- Proven track record of influencing senior level executives on recruiting strategies - Essential
- E-commerce experience - Desirable
- Strong team management and multi-tasking capabilities-Essential
- Good communication & people management skills - Essential
Knowledge/ Skills :
- Experience working with applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools
- Well-versed in recruiting metrics - which metrics to track, how to benchmark to market, and how to drive actionable insights from these metrics. - Essential
- Ability to look to the numbers (aggregate numbers of candidates, conversion rates, speed) to identify the highest impact initiatives to improve our recruitment efforts - Essential
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch - Essential
- Should be proficient in bulk hiring or volume hiring - Essential
Education :
- MBA/ PGDBM or an advanced degree in HR-Essential
- Certification in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Sourcing-Desirable
