HR Manager - Tech Startup

About the Company:

The Clients are a product based Technology start-up based in Mumbai & planning a Development Centre in Indore. Founded by Engineers, the clients are coming up with web enabled and ERP compliant solutions for their US & European clients. Being a start-up, they are highly ambitious and very selective in choosing their core team. They are also pioneers in some of the sectors they are planning to operate in.

Profile Brief:

- The Manager HR needs to undertake planning activities for the people function for the organization. Primarily a Strategist role, the Manager HR needs to conduct all HR related activities like Corporate HR, Recruitments, Employee Relations, PMS, Compensation and Training etc.

- The Manager HR would be closely interacting with the founders of the organization at all times to ensure the People's aspect of the organization is well taken care of. The person needs to provide strategic inputs to the Core management as well.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- A premier B-School pass-out preferably from the 2006 to 2009 Batches with experience of around 4 to 7 years in the HR function of any Tech/ Consulting Firm. Any additional experience in a start-up would be preferred. The candidate should be either based in Mumbai/ Indore or should be willing to relocate to either of these places.
