Partner with the BU Head and develop a strong understanding of the business environment. Use insights of the business environment to improve talent and business outcomes
- Enable leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment.
- Grow managers accountability and skills in managing employees
- Manage the implementation of key HR processes in close partnership with business (e.g. Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance cycle, employee engagement survey action planning, Compensation Planning, Talent reviews etc.)
- Provide leadership and guidance to team of recruiters for hiring needs of the business
- Provide guidance to Project HR Team in the Business
Candidate Profile
- Proactive and Result oriented professional with 5 to 8 years of extensive experience in Talent Management & Succession Planning, Career Development Framework, Build Manager Competency & Performance Management System.
- Strong oral communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders in different locations.
- Team player, Organized, self starter.
- Highly analytical mind with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills.
