Career Development Planning CDP : Drive the CDP process by interacting with relevant managers and HR leadership across GDC to ensure objectives and timelines for development of careers plans for employees are achieved. Be responsible for consolidation and reporting of career development plans.
HiPot / Fast Track Employee Programs : Manage the talent matrix process which facilitates the HiPot and Fast Track Employee Programs including ensuring the process is run regularly and as planned, managing data for the programs and analysing and reporting on this data
Succession Planning : Manage the identification and proactive planning processes for business continuity relating to critical workforce positions with the objective of developing a pool of potential successors and along with other HR professionals and managers in GDC, encourage a culture that supports knowledge transfer and overall capability development
Compensation : Collaborates with GDC HR Head and Head, GDC to establish the salary structure, pay policies and overseas the variable pay systems within GDC including incentive payments and increments. Leads market research to establish pay practices and pay ranges that assist in retention and internal / external equity and competitiveness. Monitors all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment, Leads participation in salary surveys as appropriate and monitors best practices compensation and benefits.
Benefits : With the assistance of GDC, HR Head and Finance ensures cost effective employee benefits. Leads the development of benefit orientations and other benefit training for employees.
