Job Responsibilities:
The role holder will be responsible for "Talent Engagement" - right from strategy to execution.
- Develop strategy & framework to drive various initiatives to align the employees to Organization Vision.
- Drive in employee engagement activities by defining the calendar and measure the engagement score by conducting surveys
- Design & implement organisation wide performance management system to align employees in achieving the business vision
- Bring in framework to make the organization a learning organisation by identifying training need analysis, defining training calendar, program evaluation, program execution and measure the success of program in regular intervals
- Connect with Business leaders to drive organisation-wide culture building initiatives
- Define & Deliver initiatives to improve the employee experience at every touchpoint of employee lifecycle
- Develop strong analytics to predict Attrition and develop retention strategy to be an employer of choice and build employer branding.
- Lead and implement E-Sat Survery, Great Place to Work implementation
Candidate Description:
- Full time MBA in HR with 12+ years of experience and minimum 5 years of experience in employee engagement portfolio
- Exposure in E-Sat Survery, Great place to work implementation
