HR Manager - Talent Acquisition Specialist - BFS

Role: HR Manager( TA)

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Delhi WFO

Qualification: MBA

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT hiring Pan India.

- Collaborate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure seamless execution.

- Execute recruitment for sales, collections, and other key positions, within the NBFC, Banking or Lending industry.

- Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to meet current and future talent demands.

- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business or management. MBA HR Is an add on

- 4+ years of progressive HR experience in TA.

- Proven experience in volume hiring, mass hiring, and managing talent acquisition in a non-IT environment.

- Strong expertise in NBFC, Banking or lending domain hiring.

- Demonstrated ability to drive results in high-pressure environments.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.

- Excellent command on excel and ease to create Powerpoint presentations is a must
