Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Description:
1) Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
2) Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media platforms and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solution.
3) Screening and filtering candidates for open positions.
4) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements in their respective teams.
5) Collaborate with consultants to bring best talent onboard.
6) Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
7) Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
8) Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes and culture fitness.
9) Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
10) Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
11) Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR team and hiring managers.
Requirements:
1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2) Proven expertise of 5-8 years in recruitment and talent acquisition
