Perquisites: Education:
Graduate in any stream with MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management
Experience:
- At least 8 years of quality HR experience majority of which should be in the area of Talent Acquisition with exposure to all hiring sources including but not limited to print advertising, social media & job portals
- Well-versed in MS Office
- Exposure to Success Factors/SAP-HR is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Closure of vacancies within agreed lead time):
- First level ownership of end to end recruitment life cycle
- Optimum utilization of Social Media, job portals, Internal Job Postings and internal databank
- Conducting Preliminary Interviews
- Offer Negotiations
- Monitor Hiring Matrices like Hiring Lead time, LOI Attrition, Quality of New Hires, Channel-wise Hiring rate, Hiring Cost Saving etc.
- Managing the Career page on the Company Website/Social Media etc.
Campus Connect:
- Establishing contacts with Engineering, Management & Technical (Perfumery & Flavour) campuses identified by the Management.
- Keeping track of developments in the campuses in terms of courses offered, salaries offered, ranking of the institutes etc.
- Organizing campus connect programs
- Providing co-ordination support for Campus Hiring activities
- Participate in cross-functional projects from time to time
- Successful closure of Statutory as well as ISO Audits with respect to Talent Acquisition
