Role & Responsibilities:
- In order to effectively implement the organization's human resource and talent management strategy, particularly with regard to recruiting, retention, and succession planning, collaborate with the key stakeholders.
- Engage in active participation in workforce forecasting and budgeting in close collaboration with business executives.
- Overseeing the entire life cycle of an employee.
- Creates and keeps an eye on a talent acquisition plan to guarantee that there is always enough staffing.
- Offers assistance and direction on HR-related matters and important procedures to the HR Team and the business.
- Overseeing team welfare and engagement initiatives with the goal of increasing team members' levels of connection and engagement.
- Overseeing the process of performance management at all levels and creating a structure to support the performance appraisal system's connection to reward management and career advancement.
