The professional will be :
- Will be responsible for Designing and execution of OD Interventions that could take the Organizations productivity to the next level.
- Designing and executing Employee Motivation and Employee engagement activities.
- 60% OD and 40% HRBP profile.
- Will be working on Org level HR initiatives
- Working on key initiative design with key stakeholders and seeing these through execution leg till they mature and absorb in system
- Requires close collaboration with zonal teams to ensure that the initiatives land well and accepted
Requirements :
- Looking for a young and aspiring HR professional with strong business partnering skill
- Ideally from Tier 1/2 B school with 4-6 yrs of experience
- Passion for business and wanting to create impact
- High on aspiration and willing to work in challenging environment
- Part of the corporate HR team which requires senior stakeholder management
- Learning Orientation
- Logical thinking
- Design thought process with execution knowledge
