HR Manager - SAP - Success Factors
We are seeking an experienced Core HR Manager to lead and optimize our people engagement and performance management processes within our manufacturing environment. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing employee productivity, and driving performance excellence. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors will be instrumental in achieving our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management and People Engagement:
- Develop and implement performance management systems that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure effective performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs and initiatives.
SAP SuccessFactors Expertise:
- Leverage your hands-on experience in all modules of SAP SuccessFactors to drive HR processes.
- Lead and contribute to the implementation and ongoing support of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to performance management and engagement.
Strategic Alignment:
- Work closely with senior leadership to align performance management practices with organizational objectives.
- Regularly review and assess ongoing performance management processes to ensure they support employee growth and contribute to our business goals.
Employee Relations and Communication:
- Establish effective communication channels to receive employee feedback and modify development policies accordingly.
- Resolve workplace issues that hinder optimal performance, such as individual grievances or structural barriers.
- Provide practical advice and guidance to teams and individuals.
- Gather and analyze business intelligence to assess employee performance and identify development opportunities.
- Prepare research-based performance efficiency reports and present them to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Performance Manager in leading HR initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience managing employee engagement surveys and action planning processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
